Appropriate supply chain technology, effectively deployed and supported by process, policy, organization and training, can deliver substantial benefits to consumer businesses. Frequently, however, this isn’t what happens.

Proper selection and implementation of technology is a difficult task, but the alternative is a lot worse. It is surprisingly common, even today, for companies to select the wrong system or implement it poorly – or both.  These companies bear all the costs of IT deployment but don’t realize the expected benefits.

We don’t sell technology and we are not aligned with any technology vendors, so we can objectively evaluate solutions for users’ needs.
