Bill has worked with retailers, distributors and manufacturers to maximize supply chain performance for over 30 years. He founded SCS in 1995 to provide no-nonsense consulting to clients across North America. Bill specializes in forecasting, logistics and project management.
Bill began his career at Sears Canada in 1975 and worked in various supply chain positions including buying, inventory planning and logistics over 20 years. Since 1995, he and SCS have provided consulting services to many consumer goods companies.
Bill is a member of SCL Canada and the Brampton Board of Trade. He Chairs the Occupational Standards Committee of the Canadian Supply Chain Sector Council and volunteers for the Mentoring Partnership and Microskills agencies.

Sunil is a seasoned supply chain consultant. He specializes in supply chain strategy, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand management, inventory management and supply chain talent development. He is an experienced facilitator & trainer across supply chain functions.
His career started with the leading consulting organizations such as BearingPoint and Accenture. He has implemented large scale business transformation programs as well as delivered focused high value supply chain improvement projects across multiple industries.
Sunil graduated with a M.Sc. Industrial Engineering (Master’s thesis in Supply Chain) from The University in Toledo. He is APICS CPIM certified, holds a patent for a supply chain exchange solution designed for GE GXS, and has authored multiple thought leadership articles.
Rick is a seasoned logistical project manager who specializes in planning and executing corporate relocations. With over 40 years of experience, Rick has successfully managed a wide array of moves including finished goods warehousing, manufacturing facilities, testing laboratories and major hospitals. Rick develops strategies that ensure day-to-day operations remain disruption-free while transitioning to new premises. A structured approach ensures accountability and visibility throughout the relocation stages, and years of experience help clients avoid common pitfalls and risks.
Rick began his career in 1973 at American Hospital Supply in Customer Service and rapidly progressed through a series of expanding roles. Prior to consulting, Rick was in senior distribution management at Safety Supply Canada, the world’s largest distributor of safety equipment in the world. Rick holds a B.Sc. from Concordia University in Montreal.

Mike is a Supply Chain Professional with over 30 years of proven experience in a variety of areas including demand/supply planning, inventory management, and business process re-engineering.
He has designed and implemented solutions resulting in improved processes with significant savings across a broad spectrum of industries. He is motivated by effective value creation, opportunities to learn, and creative challenges. His experience includes broad exposure to current supply chain methodologies throughout North America.
Mike has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech. He also headed the SCOR metrics committee for two years and was responsible for driving a realignment of the metrics within the SCOR model.

Peter specializes in supply chain training and talent development. He has over 20 years of supply chain experience and has worked with manufacturers, distributors, and directly with educational institutions including Seneca, Humber, George Brown & Centennial Colleges.
Peter began his career in the Mining and Oil and Gas sectors, and then migrated to implementing logistics, supply chain, and ERP systems for manufacturers. During the most recent decade, he has been a supply chain consultant, specializing in supply chain & logistics training programs that help clients optimize and flow inventory most effectively.
Peter holds a B.Sc. in Natural Resource Management from Queens University, an M.Sc. from the University of Toronto’s Institute for Environmental Studies, and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management. He is a Certified Adult Trainer.

Steffen is a supply chain professional with over 35 years of industry experience including 12 years with the internal consulting department of an international 3PL. Steffen’s career has focused on the development and implementation of supply chain solutions for the operations of many major retailers and packaged goods providers in North America.
Steffen began his career in 1973 as a Distribution Centre Industrial Engineer with Miracle Food Mart. He progressed to VP Distribution for MFM and subsequently for another major Canadian grocery retailer before moving into a senior Operations Development role with a leading 3PL. He has successfully completed many projects involving the development and implementation of supply chain solutions for the operations of many major retailers and packaged goods providers in North America.
Steffen is a graduate of the University of Toronto (B.A.Sc., Industrial Engineering, 1973) and is a Professional Engineer (Ontario).

Vince helps retail companies achieve superior logistics performance. He has specialized capabilities within logistics network design, planning and optimization for which he has developed an effective fact-driven process.
Vince acquired retail operations experience during the 80’s before working as an engineer at both a construction management consulting firm and a global manufacturing firm. In 1995, Vince joined a leading Canadian consulting firm where he delivered projects relating to supply chain design & optimization, facility layout design, activity-based costing analysis, WMS selection/implementation, and transportation optimization.
Vince holds an M.B.A. and Bachelor of Engineering Degree from McGill University.
